These terms apply to every order, purchase and subscription made through myinnerselfie.com. By placing an order you accept these terms.
All prices are stated in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. My InnerSelfie offers a one-off analysis, an upload option for your own data, and subscription plans (monthly or annual). Offers and promo codes apply for as long as stated and cannot be combined.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. An agreement is formed once payment is confirmed. For subscriptions, the amount is automatically charged on a recurring basis until cancellation.
After your order you receive the necessary instructions (e.g. for sample collection) and, once processed, access to your personal insights and report in secure online form.
As a consumer you are, in principle, entitled to a withdrawal period of 14 days. For digital services and personalised analyses that begin immediately with your express consent, the right of withdrawal lapses as soon as performance has commenced. For services that have not yet commenced, you can exercise your right of withdrawal via customerservice@myinnerselfie.com.
Subscriptions run until cancelled. You can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period, via your account or via customerservice@myinnerselfie.com.
The insights from My InnerSelfie are supportive and informative and start from your co-metabolism (DNA, microbiome, metabolome and lifestyle together). They do not constitute a medical diagnosis and do not replace advice from a doctor or health provider. You remain responsible for decisions about your own health.
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable privacy legislation (GDPR).
Complaints can be addressed to customerservice@myinnerselfie.com. My InnerSelfie is Trusted Shops certified; the official quality mark and buyer protection are available via the Trustbadge on the site.
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of the district of the registered office.
