Your personal baseline: saliva, stool and urine, whenever suits you. You do this once in your life — your DNA does not change, so it never needs repeating.
Connect almost any wearable and the data you already have. Sleep, rest and movement flow into your app every day — and that stays that way.
With our urine strip you keep following your inner metabolism: quick, affordable and simple. From today's habits to tomorrow's plans.

This is what your home test looks like: everything is in the kit, with clear instructions.
Your kit arrives within five working days. You take your samples at home, non-invasively and whenever suits you, and fill in a short questionnaire.
Ten to fourteen working days after we receive your samples, your Cockpit is ready: fourteen themes in color and in plain language, with HostHero explaining what it says.
Connect your wearable and keep following up with the urine strip. You always know where you stand, without ever having to start again.
You take your baseline test once, at home. It shows how your Host and your micro-organisms work together, unique to you. After that, you follow your body with what you already have: almost any wearable, and now also a simple urine strip that shows how your inner metabolism is moving today. Your hydration, your recovery, your rhythm.
The result appears in your tiles, next to your wearable: a spot on a bar with a word beneath it, and starting points from your own report for you to choose from. After a few weeks, you see your own line moving. At home, while traveling or after your workout: the same way, everywhere.
