Demo — this is what your InnerSelfie looks like

One analysis, six ways in. Choose who you are below and see the same insight in your own language — from your biological age to your personal plan.

This is a fictional example profile (Sam V., 43 years old). The figures are rounded for illustration — your report is entirely personal.

For athletes

Train smarter, recover faster — your body tells you how.

Readiness × load, your athletic triangle and tailored sports nutrition — aligned to your biology.

Your biological age and readiness don't come from a single isolated test, but from your co-metabolism — how your DNA, your micro-organisms, your metabolites and your lifestyle work together — supplemented by your wearable data. It's the shared core that fills in every entry point below.

How to read this report — colours, bars and the A·L·E rule

Your colours: green = strong, keep it up · yellow = keep an eye on it · red = the most to gain here.

Out of balanceTo watchIn balance

You don't read every bar the same way. For most: the further to the right, the stronger that point is for you. But for your microbiome bars, the middle is the goal — a healthy balance; both too little and too much need attention. And your predisposition bars (DNA): the colour tells you which variant you have, not better or worse.

Why you never read a single point in isolation. Your genes, your micro-organisms and your metabolites talk to each other. What counts is how they play out together — that's your co-metabolism. If a food is listed as "embrace" under one theme and "limit" under another, the strictest advice always wins. That way you get one coherent story instead of separate pieces of advice that contradict each other.

Avoid · Limit · Embrace is not a ban, it's building up. Nothing is forbidden; it's about your daily average. Avoid = threshold reached quickly, don't stack up. Limit = in moderation, 3–4 days apart. Embrace = deliberately regular.

Strong athletic predisposition, with recovery as the biggest lever

Your movement, your performance and your recovery from your co-metabolism: your DNA, your micro-organisms and your metabolites together.

In one sentence: you have a strong athletic predisposition (strength, aerobic capacity, power), but the focus lies with your recovery and your bone loading.

To watch
Avoid
  • Stacking up heavy sessions without recovery
Limit
  • Protein in one large portion
  • Too little fibre on heavy days
Embrace
  • Spreading protein across the day
  • Plant fibre for your butyrate producers
  • Weight-bearing movement for your bones; fixed recovery moments

Always add targeted support in phases, in consultation with your healthcare professional.

Tailored supplement
MKN suggestion for your profile: a pre-workout from the sports range around your training (AthleteFuel) and a recovery blend with protein afterwards (ProSYNC+); feed your butyrate producers daily with Key SCFA. Timed to AM·NOON·PM — your HostHero combination.
